All Club Members are welcome (a quorum is needed).

Discussion to include watch party/cornhole wrap-up, bank account/501c3 completion, new business (42 tournament, potential yearly dues/rates).

Meeting Update 12/8/2022

The meeting went smoothly and several members, aside from board members were able to attend. If you could not attend it’s no problem.

We were able to pass the Bylaws.. Small additions to what is posted on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/892947624117912). We added $250 as the max spending limit without board approval, we also added notes identifying the meetings would be held at a location of the boards discretion.

The 501C3 paperwork and bank account are in the works as we speak so we can be 100% official. In the mean time, we are not letting that stop us.

Scholorships, our reason for being, were brought up and we will continue to discuss how that will work as we grow. Generating the money to support that is job one.

A 42 tournament is in the works.

We would like to hold monthly get-togethers starting in December or January. Cactus Land Brewery and Lews at the Floresville golf course were mentioned to name a few. If you are willing to help take that on, please contact us.
